The French Camino de Santiago is an ancient path that starts at the border of France and Spain. The 500-mile route goes over the Pyrenees into Spain, through urban areas and countryside, to Santiago de Compostela, an historic city and UNESCO site. In 2016, I made this trek, walking for 32 days. Because weight was a consideration, my only camera was an iphone 5.
