Outreach 360, formerly known as Orphanage Outreach, provides educational opportunities to children in the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua. In the Dominican Republic, it is located in Monti Criste, a province in the northwestern corner of the country, close to the Haitian border. Often called “Estamos Muriendo de Sed” (We are dying of thirst), Monte Cristi is hot and arid with most people living well below the poverty line.
